Absolutely, no spamming, flooding or flaming in the chat at all times.

Club Penguin Forums can be discussed here, but it should mainly be discussed in the forum.

I luv clubpenguin! It is awesome but I don’t really like the fact that it has so many rules u have to follow I hate that part.anybody know what I’m saying??
